Middle East Energy Grows as Battery Tech & Innovation Lead

DUBAI: Middle East Energy (MEE) 2025 is set to expand its agenda, introducing specialized thematic tracks and new forums that focus on groundbreaking energy solutions, advanced battery technology, and the future of electric vehicles (EV) in the MENA region.

The event is scheduled to be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from April 7 to 9, 2025. The announcement of these expanded plans was made on February 24, 2025.

Over 150 regional and international leaders in policymaking, the corporate world, investment and technical innovation will take part, providing insights into original energy solutions and new battery and EV technologies.

MEE 2025 is deepening its program by doubling its conference tracks—from three to six—to provide a comprehensive platform for exploring innovations in energy. The conference will feature keynote panels, technical sessions, interactive workshops, and dedicated networking opportunities. Organizers are partnering with industry leaders, including the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and will host over 1,600 exhibitors from more than 90 countries to showcase the latest trends and technologies.

In response to the rapidly changing global energy landscape and the transformative impact of advancements in battery and electric mobility technologies, the new agenda is designed to trigger economic growth, attract investments, and promote cross-sector collaboration. The newly introduced forums aim to connect startups with investors and corporate mentors, driving sustainable development in the energy sector. With an expected attendance of over 40,000 energy professionals, MEE 2025 is poised to become a pivotal event for shaping the future of energy innovations and fostering meaningful industry partnerships.
